3% launch Marketplace Service Fee

Planned launch rate for the first 100 approved sellers, subject to final marketplace terms.

Future standard rate

Planned to move toward 5% and potentially a sustainable long-term rate around 6%, subject to business economics and final terms.

What is separate?

  • No listing fee planned.
  • No monthly seller subscription planned.
  • Optional seller-funded Boost / promotion can be charged separately.
  • Shipping, payment/COD, returns/RTO and other applicable adjustments can be handled separately and transparently.

Settlement formula

Seller Settlement = Eligible Order Value − Marketplace Service Fee − Applicable Adjustments.

Final settlement timing and holds depend on delivery, returns/RTO, payment reconciliation and the connected marketplace settlement system.
