Partner & Collaboration Policy

This policy explains the general framework for businesses, brands, suppliers, sellers, creators, affiliates and other partners who collaborate with VALUECOMBO.

1. Partnership & Collaboration

VALUECOMBO may work with independent sellers, suppliers, brands, service providers, creators, affiliates and other business partners. Each collaboration is subject to the specific commercial terms agreed between the parties.

2. Seller & Supplier Responsibilities

Provide accurate product, pricing, stock and business information.
Supply products that match agreed specifications and applicable legal requirements.
Maintain appropriate packaging and fulfilment standards for the agreed delivery model.
Promptly communicate stock, pricing, fulfilment or product changes that may affect customers.
Handle seller-specific obligations agreed with VALUECOMBO, including applicable returns, replacements or after-sales support.

3. Product Information & Compliance

Partners must not knowingly provide misleading, unlawful, counterfeit or unauthorized products or content. Partners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they provide, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

4. Pricing, Commission & Settlement

Commercial arrangements such as wholesale pricing, selling price, commission, margins, service fees, payment schedule, minimum order quantities and settlement terms will be determined by the applicable partner agreement or written confirmation. These terms may differ by partner or collaboration.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

Where a partner is responsible for fulfilment, the partner must process accepted orders according to the agreed service requirements. Delivery timelines can vary by product, destination, courier and operational conditions.

6. Content, Brand & Intellectual Property

Partners may provide product images, descriptions, logos and other marketing material only where they have the necessary rights or authorization. Any permitted use of partner intellectual property will be limited to the agreed collaboration and may be withdrawn or ended according to the applicable terms.

7. Creator, Affiliate & Marketing Collaborations

Creator or affiliate collaborations may have separate requirements covering promotional content, disclosure, tracking, commissions, approved claims and brand usage. Partners must not make claims about VALUECOMBO or products that they cannot substantiate.

8. Customer Data & Confidential Information

Partners must handle customer information and confidential business information only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed with VALUECOMBO. Partners must not misuse or disclose such information without authorization.

9. Changes, Suspension & Termination

VALUECOMBO or a partner may suspend or end a collaboration according to the applicable agreement. Outstanding orders, payments, returns, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights and other provisions intended to survive termination may continue to apply.

10. No Automatic Partnership Rights

Being listed, contacted, onboarded or invited to discuss collaboration does not by itself guarantee product listing, order volume, sales, promotion, payment or continued partnership.

11. Applicable Law

Collaborations are subject to the applicable laws of India and the specific written terms agreed between the parties. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
