Product review stages
🟡 Pending ReviewProduct submitted and waiting for VALUECOMBO review.
🟠 Need More InformationMissing or unclear product, pricing, stock, image or fulfilment details.
🟢 ApprovedListing is ready to be published through the approved marketplace workflow.
🔴 RejectedListing cannot be approved in its current form. Seller may correct and resubmit where permitted.
What we review
- Product title, category and description
- Images and product presentation
- Price, offer information and pricing accuracy
- Stock availability and variant information
- Seller fulfilment and shipping information
- Applicable reseller / dropship and wholesale settings
- Required product or business compliance information
After approval
- Product is marked approved.
- Marketplace publication / collection placement is prepared.
- Seller can receive eligible orders.
- Seller fulfils and tracks orders.
- Delivered orders move through returns and settlement rules where applicable.
Need changes?
If a product needs more information, the seller should update the requested details and resubmit it for review.
