How access works

1. Apply with your business details.
2. Complete the required verification process.
3. Receive an approved buyer status / buyer code where applicable.
4. Sign in and access approved wholesale products and offers.

Wholesale pricing

Approved products can have a wholesale price, a minimum order quantity (MOQ), and flexible quantity tiers. Example structure: 1–9 units at one price, 10–49 at another, 50–99 at another, and 100+ at another.

Actual prices and tiers are seller- and product-specific.

Seller-specific offers

Where a product is supplied by a marketplace seller, wholesale offers can be associated with the relevant seller so stock, price and fulfilment responsibilities remain attributable to the correct shop.

Orders & fulfilment

Wholesale orders follow the seller / supplier fulfilment arrangement attached to the product. Delivery terms for wholesale may differ from retail delivery terms.
